Travel in Style

I don’t know about you but one of the things that really turns me off travelling is getting to and from the airport. Figuring out if you can score a lift from mum and dad or trying to lug your luggage through the busy London tube stations – it’s a real stress-out!

I was in Ischia over the past few days with some friends (post to follow) and was faced with the same ordeal of figuring out airport transportation and where to meet my friends. I decided to do some research into car services and discovered Blacklane Limousines. I was instantly drawn to the idea of all of us rocking up to Heathrow Airport in a stretched limo but had hesitations about how expensive it might/could be thinking it could probably match the price of my plane ticket…

Their website allowed me to calculate to and from where I can going and even pick the ‘class’ I wanted to book (which offered a range of different car options). Between the three of us and to be picked up from our own apartments (which at 4am in the morning is a godsend!), it only ended up being approx 10pounds more than the train! To me that is an absolute steal!

The driver and car were both immaculate with free bottles of water for us on arrival. We were able to relax and not worry about carting our luggage around Victoria Station. We were dropped at the very front of the terminal and yes, three girls at 5am getting out of a limo caused quite a stir!

I don’t know about you but it was the best money I have ever spent and I think I am a little too excited for my next trip just because of the car ride there!

Would definitely recommend checking it out here and let me know what you think.

*Please note, this is not a paid advertorial. Rather a service I trailed and loved.
