Wolfgang Puck, not only has one stellar name, he is the world-renowned chef and restaurateur that heads up the amazing ‘modern American steak restaurant’ – CUT at 45 Park Lane.
The CUT positions itself as a modern American steak restaurant although the menu and environment offers a lot more than that. Being set at 45 Park Lane and being part of the Dorchester Collection, it is very contemporary with impeccable service (far from your typical steak house). The room has Hyde Park views through slatted blinds. For a Sunday, the place was packed and people were well-dressed in heels and suit jackets.
The menu featuring great contemporary food with outstanding Wagyu steaks, a superb wine list, huge salads and succulent pan-roasted lobster. BUT the best thing about this place is that the menu still includes the classic brunch dishes peppered throughout its menu – granola, pancakes, scrambled eggs and benedict’s all make the cut! So it is perfect to book a late brunch/early lunch and let people see what they fancy.
